Plumbing Services Across Georgia
Thirty services, one phone number. Every page explains what the job involves, how it differs between crawl space and slab homes, and what pushes the price up or down.
Available in 251 communities across 61 Georgia counties. Lines open 24 hours.
How to use this page
Start with what you can see, not what you think it is
Most people arrive here knowing a symptom rather than a diagnosis, a warm patch on the floor, a shower that gurgles when the toilet flushes, a bill that doubled. That is enough. The groups below run roughly in the order calls come in: emergencies and freeze damage first, then leaks, then drains and sewers, then the planned work.
If nothing here matches what is happening, call anyway. Describing it out loud to a dispatcher takes a minute and costs nothing, and it is a better use of your time than guessing which page applies.

Getting it right first time
Four sentences that get the right plumber to your door
Say these on the phone and the plumber arrives with the right equipment on the truck instead of coming back tomorrow.
What you can see or hear
Plain language is perfect. Water coming through the ceiling. A gurgle in the shower when the toilet flushes. No hot water since Tuesday. A warm patch on the hall floor. Do not try to name the fault. Describe the evidence.
Your foundation type
Crawl space, slab, or partial basement. This is the single most useful thing you can tell a plumber, because it changes where the problem probably is, how it gets found, and what the repair looks like.
Sewer or septic, and roughly the age of the house
Septic changes the scope of drain work. Age narrows the likely pipe material: galvanised steel before the mid-sixties, polybutylene from the late seventies to mid-nineties, copper and PEX after that.
Your city or neighbourhood
That is how we place you in one of the eight regions we cover and match you with a plumber who actually works there. If you are not sure which region you are in, naming your town settles it.
That is the whole intake. No forms, no email address, no callback queue.
Call (866) 559-0826Questions we get on the phone
Answered plainly
Call and describe what you are seeing, that is the whole intake. Most homeowners cannot tell a slab leak from a failed pressure regulator from the symptoms, and nobody expects them to. The dispatcher works out the likely category and sends someone with the right equipment on the truck.
The plumber assesses the job on site, explains what it needs and prices it before any work begins. Diagnostic work that takes real time and equipment (leak detection or a camera inspection, for instance) is itself a service and is priced as one. You will know which you are agreeing to before anyone starts.
The core services are available across all 251 communities we cover, though the depth of the network varies. Metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties have the fastest response and the widest range of specialists. Rural northwest, northeast and south Georgia may mean a longer wait or a plumber travelling from the next town, and we will tell you that on the call.
Septic tank pumping and inspection, drain field work, well drilling and permitting, backflow certification testing and water quality certification. We also do not do structural drying, mould remediation or reconstruction after water damage. Where a job crosses into those trades, we say so rather than send a plumber outside their scope.
Describe the problem. We will match the service.
